Scope of Services

Jastip Ali provides purchasing services, processing imports, forwarding goods from overseas warehouses, as well as sending goods from Indonesia abroad. We act as an intermediary between you and the seller or carrier company.

Price quotation

We convey each offer as an all-in price which includes the price of goods, shipping, all handling costs, service fees, and domestic shipping costs. Prices are valid for the period stated in the offer and may change if the exchange rate, price of goods at the originating store, or freight rates change before the purchase is made.

Payment

We process new purchases after payment is received. There is no fee for submitting a request or requesting a price calculation.

All-Inclusive Price

The price listed in the offer is all-in and includes all costs until the goods arrive at your address. Once the offer is approved, there is no additional charge for any cost components.

Delivery time

The time estimates we convey are calculated in working days and are not binding. Delays due to weather, airline schedules, inspections in destination countries, or government policies are beyond our control.

Items We Do Not Serve

We reject requests for goods that are prohibited from entering or leaving Indonesia, including but not limited to narcotics and their precursors, weapons, ammunition, explosives, counterfeit money, and protected animals and plants. For goods that require permission from certain agencies, fulfilling the permit is the responsibility of the orderer.

Damage and Loss

We photograph the condition of the goods when they are received at the warehouse and before they are sent. For high value items we recommend shipping insurance. Damage claims follow the terms of the carrier company and it is very helpful if the recipient includes an unboxing video.

Cancellation

Requests can be canceled without charge as long as the goods have not been purchased by us. Once a purchase is made, cancellation follows the policy of the original seller.
